Mulled wine and mince pies row

Today Langstone Cutters took Clayton skiff Mabel and Teifi skiffs Millie and Lottie to Mill Rithe, an inlet in Hayling Island, where we stopped for mulled wine and mince pies.
Then we headed off home:

Sounds like you deserved those mince pies and mulled wine!

Now this is pleasure rowing. Just another addition to the reasons why folks should get into rowing for the fun of it.

Wonderful! Take it that was the homewards route. :-)

Like JSK said, it looks like that GPS track was after the mulled wine!!

Although I am sure that those loops were due to pure exhilaration and good spirits to be out in the fine weather.

With your weather, I am almost afraid to see what your next blog post will be, I expect perhaps how to use your 9 ft spoons to shovel your way to the grocery.

It is clear that my own Christmas Eve row is doomed, as the launch at my favourite spot is still flooded. Putting in the boat would require me getting about a** deep in the chill water!

Blessings
